Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of Astroway's services, which provide personalized digital content automatically generated based on the user's input, all sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered.

Refunds are not available after delivery, except in limited and exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical failure that prevents delivery within 24 hours
  • Incorrect charge caused by a system error

In such cases, the customer must contact us at astrowayproject@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase date.

Each request is reviewed individually.
